A free website audit that tells you exactly what to fix first.
Send us your website address. We check your site the way your customers and Google see it, across 12 areas, and email you a plain-English report with every problem we find, the evidence, and the order we'd fix them in. It's free, there's no obligation, and you keep the report.
- A one-page summary with your top 5 fixes
- Every finding with evidence: a screenshot, a URL or a number
- Ranked by impact, with a rough effort for each fix
- Usually within 3 business days
- Free, no obligation. No logins or passwords needed
12 areas, checked on your live site.
Automated tools give you a score and a hundred warnings. We give you the handful of problems that are actually costing you customers, each one checked by hand on your live site before it goes in the report.
1. First impression on a phone
Your homepage and key pages loaded on a real phone screen size, with screenshots. Is it clear what you do and where? Is the call or book button visible without scrolling? Do pop-ups, sideways scrolling or tiny text get in the way?
2. Booking, calls and forms
We walk through your booking or contact flow step by step, without submitting anything. We count the taps to a booking, check that phone numbers are tappable, and make sure forms work and say what happens next.
3. Speed
Lab speed tests on mobile, using the median of three runs (one run is too noisy to trust), plus Google's real-visitor data where your site has enough traffic. We name the specific files and images slowing you down.
4. Technical SEO
A crawl of up to 500 pages, covering broken links, redirect chains, missing or duplicate titles and descriptions, headings, canonical tags, accidental "noindex" tags, your sitemap and robots.txt.
5. Structured data
The behind-the-scenes markup that tells search engines your business name, location, hours, services and products. We check what's there, what's broken, and what's missing.
6. Local search
Your Google Business Profile as the public sees it, and whether your name, address, phone and hours match across your site, your profile and major directories. We also check reviews and pages for the towns you serve.
7. AI search readiness
Whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI Overviews can reach your site. We check your robots.txt and test whether your web host quietly blocks AI crawlers. We also check that your key facts are stated clearly enough to be quoted.
8. Content and trust
Do your service pages answer what customers actually search for? We look for outdated offers, contradictory prices or hours, missing credentials, thin pages, and claims you may not want to make.
9. Tracking and analytics
Is Google Analytics installed, once? Are calls, forms and bookings recorded? We also look for ad pixels and leftover tracking tags from old tools or agencies.
10. Email deliverability
Your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which decide whether your emails and marketing land in the inbox or spam. Many small businesses are missing at least one.
11. Security and accessibility basics
HTTPS everywhere, security headers, outdated software visible from the outside, your domain's expiry date, plus basic accessibility checks such as color contrast, image descriptions and form labels.
12. Who controls what
A plain map of where your domain, DNS, hosting, email and booking live, from public records. It's the list you need before changing developers, and it often turns up accounts that aren't in your name.
The kind of thing an audit turns up.
These came from audits we've run, and from our scan of 749 med spa websites. None of them showed up as a red light on a typical website score.
- A web host blocking AI crawlers. The site's settings welcomed ChatGPT and Claude, but the host was throttling them at the server.
- No Book button on the first phone screen. True for 30% of the med spa sites we scanned.
- Three different price lists for the same membership on one website, and two sets of opening hours.
- Email that wasn't authenticated, with no DMARC record and no DKIM signing on marketing email.
- A treatment page taking over 10 seconds to show its main content on a phone, and a 786 KB script loading on every page of the site.
- Expired promotions still on the homepage weeks after they ended.
Four steps, no sales call required.

Fill in the form below with your website and email. Tell us what's worrying you, if anything, and we'll look there first.
We run the audit
We check all 12 areas on your live site and verify every finding by hand. Nothing on your site is changed.
You get the report
A plain-English report by email, usually within 3 business days, with the top 5 fixes first and the evidence for each.
You decide
Fix things yourself, hand the report to your developer, or ask us for a quote. Questions about the report are always welcome.
Common questions
Is the audit really free?
Yes. There's no charge and no obligation. You keep the report and can use it yourself, with your current developer, or with us. If you'd like help with the fixes, we'll quote them separately, and only if you ask.
Do you need access to my website or accounts?
No. The standard audit uses only what's public: your website, your Google Business Profile, your domain and email DNS records. If you'd like us to include your Google Analytics, Search Console or ad accounts, you can give us read-only access, but it's optional.
Will the audit change anything on my site?
No. We only look. We load pages, test speed and run the booking or contact flow up to the final step, but we never submit real bookings or change anything.
How long does it take?
Usually within 3 business days of your request. Bigger sites (over 500 pages) or online stores can take a little longer, and we'll tell you if so.
What kinds of websites do you audit?
Small business sites on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy and custom builds, including med spas, local service businesses and online stores. We audit one website per business.
Will you try to sell me something?
The report ends with a short note on how we could help, and that's it. We won't call you or add you to a mailing list. If you reply with questions, a real person answers.
