Get found on Google, and recommended by AI.
Your customers search Google, ask ChatGPT, and read Google's AI Overviews. We make sure all three can find your business, understand it, and have a reason to send people your way. That means technical fixes, local SEO, and content that answers real questions.
- Every URL crawled, not a sample of pages
- 12 specialist checks, from technical and schema to local and AI search
- Each finding verified on the live site before it reaches you
- Ranked by impact, so you know what to fix first
Search work that moves the needle, in the right order.
We start with whatever is stopping search engines from reading your site properly, then build visibility for the searches that bring in paying customers.
Technical SEO audit
Crawlability, indexing, redirects, canonical tags, speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile, broken links and sitemap, all checked across every page.
Local SEO
Google Business Profile, consistent business details everywhere, review strategy, and location pages for nearby towns that are actually worth reading.
AI search (GEO)
Letting AI crawlers in, clear facts they can quote, an llms.txt summary, and pages that answer the questions people ask ChatGPT about your field.
Schema markup
Structured data for your business, services, products and articles, so search engines know exactly what each page is about.
Content that ranks
Service pages and guides built around real searches, written from your expertise and checked for accuracy. No filler posts.
Reporting you can read
Search Console and analytics compared week over week in plain English, including when something is going the wrong way.
Real problems from real audits.
These came out of full-site SEO and AI-search audits we ran for Elume Medspa and Hearlume. None of them showed up as a red light on a generic SEO score.
- A web host quietly blocking AI crawlers. The site's robots.txt welcomed ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, but the hosting company was rate-limiting them at the server. On paper the site was open; in practice it wasn't.
- Thousands of inconsistent business names. An older spelling of the business name appeared over 3,000 times on the main site and over 3,800 times on the store. Inconsistent names confuse both Google and AI answers about who you are.
- A store split across two domains. Search authority was divided between the main site and a separate store domain. We moved the store under the main brand with clean redirects.
- False alarms from tools. "No schema" (there was) and "add review stars" (left off on purpose, because Google ignores star ratings a business marks up about itself). Checking against the live site saved the client from paying to fix things that weren't broken.
The new front page doesn't have ten blue links.
More people now ask an AI tool "who's the best med spa near me" or "how do I move my Shopify store to a new domain" and get one answer with a few sources. If your site isn't readable by those tools, or doesn't say anything worth quoting, you're not in the answer.
The good news is that most of what helps AI search is plain good SEO done thoroughly: crawlable pages, consistent facts, clear structure, and content written by people who know the subject.
- Access: AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and others) allowed in robots.txt and not blocked by your host.
- Facts: Name, address, services, prices and credentials stated the same way everywhere.
- Answers: Pages that answer specific questions in the first few sentences.
- Proof: Real examples, numbers and experience that AI tools can cite.
- Honesty: No claims you can't back up, because AI answers repeat them.
Common questions
What is AI search optimization, or GEO?
Generative engine optimization (GEO) means making your business easy for AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI Overviews to find, understand and cite. It builds on normal SEO: crawlable pages, clear facts, structured data and content worth quoting. Read our plain-English guide to GEO.
How long does SEO take to work?
Technical fixes can show up in weeks once Google re-crawls. Ranking new pages for competitive terms usually takes months. We report what changed each week so you can see progress instead of waiting on a promise.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's results. We guarantee the work: what we'll fix, what we'll publish, and honest reporting on what it did.
Do you do local SEO and Google Business Profile?
Yes. Your Google Business Profile, consistent name/address/phone details, reviews, local schema and genuinely useful pages for the towns you serve. That's usually where a local business gets the fastest wins.
What's different about your audits?
Automated tools produce lots of false alarms. In one client audit, an external tool claimed the site had no schema (it did) and recommended markup Google no longer rewards. We check every finding against the live site and only hand you the ones that are real, ranked by impact.
