Marketing that brings customers in, and brings them back.
We plan and run Google Ads, Meta ads, email and SMS for small businesses, tied to the numbers that matter: bookings, sales and repeat customers. Every campaign is tracked to a real result, and you get a plain-English report every week.
Elume Medspa. We could see it because every booking carries a dollar value back into Google Ads and GA4.
The channels that work for small businesses.
Not every channel is worth your money. We focus on the ones where a small business can measure the result and turn it into repeat customers.
Google Ads
Local search campaigns aimed at people ready to buy or book, with conversions tracked to real bookings and sales, not just clicks.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram campaigns for awareness, retargeting and promotions, with creative that stays within Meta's health and beauty ad rules.
Email marketing
Klaviyo or your current platform: welcome series, newsletters, promotions and automated flows that run on their own after setup.
SMS marketing
Consent-first sign-up forms, compliant opt-in language, and well-timed texts for flash sales and reminders.
Review requests
An automated message after each visit or order that asks happy customers for a Google review, so reviews keep arriving without you having to ask.
Promotions on a schedule
Flash sales and limited events that launch and come down automatically, banners and booking slots included, so nothing stays up after it ends.
Ads, email and SMS rebuilt around bookings.
Ads, email, SMS and booking only pay off when you can see how they connect. For Elume Medspa we linked the whole chain, from the ad click to the booked treatment to the review afterwards, so every step is measured and the useful ones get more budget.
- Bookings carry dollar values. Each treatment booking reports its value to GA4 and Google Ads, which is how we could trace a single $30.41 click to a $695 Morpheus8 booking.
- Mailchimp to Klaviyo. The list, sign-up forms and flows moved over, and Mailchimp was retired on September 14, 2026.
- SMS sign-ups in four places, each with clear consent language.
- An automatic post-visit review request, live since September 18, 2026.
- Flash promotion days that open booking slots and take themselves down on schedule.
Measure first, then spend.
Most small business ad budgets get wasted before the first click, on tracking that doesn't work or a landing page that doesn't convert. We fix that first, so every dollar you spend afterwards teaches you something.
- Tracking check. Make sure calls, forms, bookings and sales are actually recorded.
- Landing pages. Send ad clicks somewhere built to convert, not just your homepage.
- Start small. Tight campaigns on the searches and audiences most likely to buy.
- Keep customers. Email, SMS and review flows so every new customer is worth more.
- Report weekly. Spend, results and what we're changing, in plain English.
Common questions
How much should a small business spend on Google Ads?
Enough to get a meaningful number of clicks in your area each month, and no more than you can measure. We start small, prove which searches turn into customers, and only then scale. You set the budget, and the ad spend goes on your own card, in your own account.
Why move from Mailchimp to Klaviyo?
Klaviyo is built around customer behavior (what people bought, browsed or booked), which makes automated flows like welcome series, post-purchase and review requests much stronger, especially if you sell on Shopify. We moved Elume Medspa over in September 2026. See our Mailchimp to Klaviyo migration guide.
Is SMS marketing legal for my business?
Yes, if you collect clear consent, say how often you'll text, include opt-out instructions, and register your number for business texting (10DLC in the US). We set this up properly before the first message goes out.
Can you advertise Botox or other regulated treatments?
Carefully. Google and Meta both restrict ads for prescription drugs and cosmetic procedures. For example, Meta doesn't allow before-and-after photos in these ads. We write campaigns that stay within each platform's rules so your account doesn't get flagged.
Do I own my ad accounts and email list?
Always. Your Google Ads, Meta and Klaviyo accounts are in your business's name, billed to you, and we work inside them with access you can remove.
